General Responsibilities
- Process Management: -Continuously monitor and improve quality, productivity, and delivery in production processes
- Operation Management- Efficiently manage resources including personnel equipment, and materials; oversee performance based on KPIs and drive operational improvement activities.
- Layout Management- Design and optimize equipment and workspace layouts to enhance production flow, maximize space utilization, and improve workflow efficiency
- Selma main plant & Westpark attendance check
- Input Daily Selma Injection plan in SAP
- Daily delivery times count how many trips we need to perform
- Supply T/Gate UPR & SIDE to Glovis MCC
- Supply NT Luggage Tray to HMMA
- Input Daily shipping history in SIS
- Perform Monthly Inventory Count
- Perform Inventory Count every two weeks
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures required
• Good math, language, and reading skills
• Good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Good eye/ hand coordination and good motor skills
• Must be dependable, reliable, and mature enough to handle equipment safely and sensibly
