Assisting Project Manager for Scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in a critical path to ensure timely completion. Assisting Project Manager for Ensure all projects meet budget. Assisting Project Manager for Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
Identify and correct subcontractor non-compliance with safety standards.
Coordinating required inspections with local jurisdiction.
Maintain a clean, safe project site.
Monitor, read and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner with professionalism and accurately.
Assisting Project Manager or Interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, property management, tenants, and clients.
Ability to work through conflict, complaints, grievances and resolve problems. Lead in-field safety program and create awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free project through actions and mentoring. Successfully perform administrative duties.
