• Production Engineering (3명)

업무내용

1. Review samples, drawings, or instructions to understand specifications of output.
2. Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job.
3. Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping.
4. Select appropriate machines (e.g., lathes) and position or load material for a job.
5. Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
6. Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature and identify issues.
7. Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
8. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
9. Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.

자격조건

• Proven experience as a machine operator
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear)
• Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Good at math with analytical skills
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength
• Manage time effectively to meet production schedules.
• Frequently lift to 65 pounds, and the ability to carry objects weighing 50 pounds or less.
• Ability to stand up to 90% of shift.

급여

연봉 약 4,500만원 이상 ($17/hr, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)
