▶미국 내 직원 수: 약 400여명 근무

1. Assist mechanical construction work such as utility piping and HVAC.

3. Planning Engineer:

– Survey bidders and evaluate PQ documents of bidders.

– Evaluate the price from bidders.

– Prepare tender document such as BOQ, special condition for bidding.

– Survey the supplier and material of specific items.

– Evaluate running bill from Sub-Contractor.

– Prepare running bill for client / Prepare invoice for client.

– Evaluate variation order from Sub-Contractor

4. Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience with construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
Experience with subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and PDF experience.
Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

연봉 $50,000/yr (숙소 제공 조건), (한화 약 6,600만원 이상, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)

연봉 $60,000/yr (숙소 미제공 조건), (한화 약 7,900만원 이상, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)

근무 일수: 월~금
근무 시간: 08:00~18:00(1.5 Lunch Break, 15 mins break time in Morning, afternoon are excluded)
비자 지원: J-1 가능

주말근후 수당: We will pay for employee’s weekend work in flat rate ($100 / 4 hours, $200 / 8 hours)
