한국혁신센터(KIC)는 워싱턴DC, 실리콘밸리, 베를린, 베이징 등 4개 지역에 걸쳐 글로벌 스타트업 생태계를 조성한다는 목표로 한국 정부의 자금 지원을 받아 설립하였습니다. 매년 80개 이상의 한국 스타트업이 KIC를 통해 미국 시장을 개척합니다. KIC를 통해 멘토십, 기술 교육 지원, 글로벌 혁신 네트워크를 활용할 수 있습니다.

업무내용
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of programs, adhering to established program management methodologies.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Monitor program progress, track milestones, and manage changes in program scope.
- Ensure effective communication among program team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Provide regular program status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and communication records.
자격조건
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Bio- Healthcare related field (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering programs on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity.
- Korean and English bilingual is a plus
급여
연봉 $60,000~80,000/year (연봉 기준으로 약 7,900만원~1억 500만원 이상, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)
